Our story began thanks to a coworker who insisted I go out with Tim, and thank god he did! From the very beginning, we bonded over our love Taylor Swift music, endless laughs, and personalities that just clicked. Being together has always felt easy, fun, and a little chaotic, in the best way.

That perfectly describes our proposal too. Tim and I had planned to go to Peddler’s Village, but Tim quickly realized it was way too crowded to bring our dog, Ringo. Meanwhile, Tim and everyone else were convinced I’d be stubborn by the change of plans (spoiler alert: I wasn’t). Without any prompting, I suggested we go somewhere else to take Christmas card photos instead. Tim suggested we go to the bank near our house that decorates the outside like a Christmas Village with holiday lights.

I set my phone up to record so we could screenshot the perfect photo… but naturally, Ringo had other plans and needed a bathroom break right then and there. After handling that very glamorous moment, Tim proposed, and of course, I said yes! We were very excited to watch the video back, only to realize my phone ran out of storage immediately after Ringo’s bathroom break. So no proposal footage, just proof that this moment was so us!

Goofy, imperfect, full of love, and always a good story, this is exactly how our forever began!
